Refund policy

REFUND POLICY


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unaltered, unused, and with tags. You will also need the original invoice.

To start a return, please contact uniformshop@elmwood.ca. Once your return is confirmed, we’ll send instructions on how and where to return your package. It is important you follow these steps so that returned items are not misplaced while the Uniform Shop is not open.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions/non-returnable items

In some cases, special orders or personalized items can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

Exchanges for items that do not fit can easily be facilitated by the Uniform Shop.  Please contact uniformshop@elmwood.ca if you would like to exchange your item for another size.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and verified your return.  Once approved, your purchase will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
